Insperation post

I thought this photo was a perfect example of a wide f -stop and a shallow depth of field.

All About Color

I used analogous color scheme on this picture at the meditation gardens, with the colors light green, green, and light blue to represent a cool yet comforting feeling. I used a touch of tint in lightroom to evoke a bright presence in my photo.

I used a triadic color scheme in this photograph of leaking gas on a rainy day. I used the three primary colors in a rainbow-like array of light and color. I did not use lightroom or photoshop on this picture.

In this photo I used a monochromatic color scheme, with all greens, light dark and regular with a hint of tint. I buffed this in lightroom by using a filter and making it darker than it originally was, and added some more saturation on the green balance.

Inspiration blog post

By: Martin Parr Photography TM

Martin Parr photographs things that normal people would find not-so-easy on the eyes. But there is a beauty in the irony of his comical photos. His photos are almost all of his views at an English beach, most of them being pretty un-settling photos of dirty or gross scenes. But most of them tell a story about how us humans live today, like in the second photo, there is trash flying everywhere and a baby seems to be strolling away from what seems to be its grandparents. Giving us a look of how careless we are as a species.
